Learning from Carole
Carole runs Project Peru in London. It would be really valuable to meet her and learn from her experience. How did she started this project? How does she get the contributions? She could be a role model? Why a charity? Pros and cons of constituing a charity.

To give opportunities to the popular lower classes so they can have access to more opportunities worldwide.
This can be a UK charity so it can be administered from the UK.
To send language teachers on a volunteer basis to Peru, for a period or one year or six months.
They can paid a contribution in order to sort out arrangements such as accomodation and food.
It may be possible to ask for subsidies from large organisations in order to administer this project.
